Worship Explorers

(Children Ages 3 – 5)

Worship Explorers is a unique opportunity for children Pre-K thru K to encounter theDSCN0561.JPG Biblical Stories in an age friendly format.  During the 10:00 Summer Worship Service, children are invited to join Volunteers after the Children's Sermon for Bible Stories, Crafts, a Snack, and Prayers.  Each Sunday volunteers will escort children to the Education Building where they can be picked up following the conclusion of worship by parents.

It takes a village to raise a child, so volunteer to help today!  Mary Foster is coordinating the Volunteer schedule.  All materials are supplied in the classroom for you.  Please contact Mary if you would like to volunteer.

Worship Arts

(Children Grades 1st thru 5th)

Worship Arts, a new program, recognizes that each child is a unique gift of God, the Creator.  Children will discover and utilize their own gifts and talents to present the Good News of Jesus Christ in a variety of creative ways that will reach the hearts of all.  Led by Liz O’Neil, this program takes place after the Children’s Sermon during the 10:00 Summer Worship Service.  Activities will range from music and hymns, Bible stories with sound effects, dancing, Bible murals, bells, and more.  Children will explore these creative arts and present them during Worship.  Meets in the Children’s Choir Room.
