To all who are weary and need rest, to all who mourn and need
comfort, to all who are lonely and need friendship,
to all who are glad and would serve their neighbors,
to all who are complacent and need disturbing,
to all who sin and need a Savior, this church opens wide
its doors in the name of Christ, and bids you welcome!
We are located in historic Beaufort, South Carolina at the corner
of North and Church Streets.

The FPC Beaufort Fall Festival is October 29 from 5:30-7:00 pm at the Fellowship Hall. There will be dinner, desserts, a pumpkin carving contest, a dunking booth, a 65 foot inflatable obstacle course, and trunk-or-treat for the kids. We hope everyone will attend!
Sunday Service on Oct. 5 was held at Stony Creek Chapel in McPhersonville. CLICK HERE to view some photos from the day.
Members of FPC will be going to Thornwell Home for Children November 14-16 to do whatever Thornwell needs them to do! This short-term, near-by mission trip is open to any adult who would like to participate. Housing is available for a nominal fee, work on Saturday will be determined by what the participants know how to do, and when we return to Beaufort on Sunday, we will have done some good work, have a better idea of what is needed, and enjoyed each other's company. To sign up, please contact the church office at 524-3051.
OUR ANNUAL KIRKIN’ O’ THE TARTANS WILL BE SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2014. Those who wish to carry a tartan should arrive at 10:00 prior to the service to practice. The deadline to bring a tartan to the church is Sunday, September 26. With the tartan a card should be included that states the owner’s name, the tartan’s name, and whether the owner will be carrying the tartan.

In response to God’s call to love and care for His creation, First Presbyterian Church of Beaufort formed an Environmental Stewardship Committee earlier this year. Our goal is to purposefully strive to become better stewards of God’s entrusted creation. We ask all members to join us in joyfully committing to preserve Earth’s beauty so that generations to come may enjoy the abundant gifts of our environment.
